On our Footloose
tour pages we have highlighted just some of the exciting
activities available during your holiday. Unless specified
as included, all optional activities costs are in
addition to the published tourcost and are paid locally.
You can then decide how adventurous you want to be
each day while on tour.
We cannot, of course, guarantee
that every attraction will be available on every trek,
as seasonal openings, public holidays etc, may intervene,
and certain operations can be affected by weather.
Some activities have an element
of risk, e.g. whitewater rafting or Grand Canyon hiking,
and many of these activities occur within National
Parks.
These parks now require us to obtain a signed Visitor's
Acknowledgement of Risk form from our passengers and
we have created a common form to satisfy all their
various needs. All Footloose passengers will be given
a copy of this form on the first day of their trek.
Anyone wishing to participate in the various options
offered must sign this form.
We want to stress that any activity
in which you participate is entirely at your own risk.
