of Carnival- Rio, this tour has it all!
Experience the thundering
waters of Iguaçu Falls and the unique wildlife
of the Pantanal before immersing yourself in the nightlife
of sunkissed Rio de Janeiro and cosmopolitan Buenos
Aires.
Start this adventure in Buenos Aires,
one of the most dynamic & European - influenced
capital cities of South America. Enjoy a guided tour
of the city and then explore the colourful neighbourhoods,
including the home of the tango - San Telmo. Be sure
to meet some modern day gauchos (cowboys) and then
enjoy a world-renowned Argentine steak, grilled to
perfection and complimented by one of the many delicious
local wines. After dinner, explore the citys
vibrant nightlife. From watching a tango performance
to hitting the night clubs, Buenos Aires has something
for everyone!
Next is the most famous natural
wonder of the world, Iguaçu Falls. There are
over 275 waterfalls, some plunging over 80 meters
into the river below, often highlighted by a sublime
rainbow. Spend a day touring the Argentine side and
walk along the famed Garganta del Diablo as you enjoy
a refreshing shower! Then cross the border and explore
the Brazilian side of the falls while counting innumerable
butterflies during the day and endless stars during
the night. There are some great local treks to enjoy
while in the National Park, and if you are feeling
more adventurous, why not take a speed boat ride up
to the Falls themselves!
Venture beyond the tourist route
to Bonito, home to some of the best swimming and fishing
in the region, as well as excellent snorkelling along
the crystal clear waters of Rio da Prata. Bonito also
offers nearby caves and underground lakes to explore.
Forge deeper into Brazil and experience the incredible
biodiversity of the Pantanal wetlands. Canoe during
the day and enjoy an unforgettable night safari- keeping
a keen eye open for alligators, capybaras and other
nocturnal creatures. Fall asleep in comfortable hammocks
while listening to the unique sounds of the jungle
and then awaken with the sun, ready for a horse ride,
a guided trek or even fishing for piranha!
From the wilderness to the sun-kissed
cosmopolitan home of Carnival, Rio awaits. Explore
the city and beaches that millions of people dream
about. From surfing to sun bathing, Rio has it all!
Tour the city and then stroll along Copacabana and
Ipanema beaches stopping to enjoy a fresh fruit juice,
a Brazilian Bar-B-Q or some window shopping at one
of the many fashionable local boutiques. Summit Sugar
Loaf Mountain, see the enormous statue of "Christ
the Redeemer", or tour the famed favelas before
nights of sexy samba in the worlds most beautiful
city.
